Hi, I’m Lorraine and I help children who would benefit from learning about and exploring their emotions, through gentle, creative means. Children are taught techniques on managing their feelings and come to understand themselves better, leading to a more harmonious life.

I know how it feels
Having started this work because of my own child’s anxiety, I know what it’s like to worry about your child, will they be ok when you can’t be there to help them manage their emotions and anxiety? My classes empower children to be able to do this for themselves, with the use of props they make during class, they are taught what they need to do when big feelings come to visit, they are encouraged to talk and keep talking, which is so important in today’s society.
