Payments & Refunds Policy

1. Payments

1.1 All term class passes /one off classes/workshops/camps purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable and must be used by the person specified at time of purchase.

1.2 When purchasing a term class, dates specified are fixed and non-transferrable.

1.3 Blathanna Kids Creative Mindfulness has full discretion to offer discounts and concessions to individuals as it sees fit. This does not automatically entitle other client to the same discounts and concessions.

1.4 Only one discount offer can be used per purchase. All payments are electronic via payment portal of BOIPA. All Credit Cards will be processed in Euros at the time of payment. Blathanna Kids Creative Mindfulness is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

2. Refund Policy for Class Passes and Memberships

2.1 Term passes/one off classes/workshops/camps are non-refundable and not transferable between persons.

2.2 Medical Cancellations – Term passes/one off classes/workshops/camp fees can be considered on medical grounds and are assessed at the Discretion of the Manager at Blathanna Kids Creative Mindfulness whose decision is final. To consider the refund, medical certificate will be emailed to


3. Schedule and Programme Changes

3.1 If Blathanna Kids Creative Mindfulness has to cancel/postpone a class, the class will be rescheduled to be added to the end of term. If the class is a one off workshop or camp and it cannot be rescheduled to dates that are at the satisfaction of the client, then a refund will be offered or credit towards the next workshop or camp at the choice of the client.
